Dealing with working full time, job stress, carting the kids or grandkids off to various soccer games and other extracurricular activities leaves women in modern society feeling a lot of stress. The hectic lifestyle of today’s woman, who is often sleep-deprived and stressed, is affecting hormone levels and impacting female health to an extent unheard of 100 years ago.
